Feedback time limit
I'm trying to leave feedback for an item purchased 12 days ago, I get this message: "Unfortunately, this purchase is no longer eligible for feedback. Review other transactions instead." I asked the AI assistant about this but all it could do is reiterate the Ebay policy that says I have 60 days. Anyone have a clue as to why I would get this message and not be allowed to leave feedback?

Mentor1 year agoIs the item still listed? If the item has been removed by eBay for a policy violation, you will not be able to leave feedback.

OP1 year agoThe item has sold out and is not listed, but I don't think it was removed due to a violation. When I click on the item in my purchases list they say "The listing below has been updated by the seller, but you can see the item you purchased", and give a link to the original listing, which looks like the original but now contains an "out of stock" label. When I click the link you suggested, it says "looks like you're all caught up". This is not a serious matter - I just wanted to give a good feedback to a good seller. But thank you for voluntarily trying to help and taking the time to reply.
