Feedback Time Length

Question

I purchased vining flower seeds in four different colors (red, purple, pink, blue) from a seller on Ebay who had 5,000+ positive feedback posts. The seeds were a little pricey but I could get the desired assortment of colors so I bought.

The seeds had just sprouted by the time limit for giving feedback came so I gave another positive to the person as the seeds: arrived quickly, were labeled what I wanted and showed about 99% germination.

Later I discovered not a one of the plants were what I purchased and they all had white flowers . The seller wouldn't answer by phone or email so no making things right.

This could have been a mistake or is it an ongoing scam unbridled by not being able to post the appropriate feedback ?

I think Ebay should consider longer feedback times for some categories.

ebay's Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days after receipt of the item, so it is too late for ebay to help you. Your have 60 days to leave feedback. If you paid with Paypal, they allow up to 180 days from the sale to file a case. If you paid with a credit card, contact the card issuer.

@oboesherrie open an item not as described return case. if it is past the 30 day dead line, open a paypal case or dispute the credit card charge
