Feedback star ratings
Why am I now forced to leave a meaningless star rating when leaving feedback for a seller? I’ve been using eBay for years and I’ve always left feedback, but all of a sudden I can’t unless I give the item a star rating that means what exactly? What is the point? So far I’m not doing it so it’s not letting me leave the feedback I usually offer, which outlines how quickly I received the item, how well it was packaged, and whether or not the item was as described.

I am not sure why eBay is requiring an item rating when leaving feedback using the link in the Purchase History, but the item rating appears to be entirely unrelated to the feedback the seller receives.
