Feedback score goes up but I don't see the feedback - why?

This is a mystery to me and I have been on ebay a long time.

I am getting positive feedback and my score goes up but the feedback is not there.

I have my feedback sorted by most recent but it still shows the last one from 6 months ago.

I have received a few since then and my number goes up but the actual written feedback is not there.

In order to see your most recent feedback, you must do two things: first, sort by "most recent" rather than "most relevant", and second, check the box to see "automated feedback".

If buyers do not leave feedback within about ten days of tracking showing delivery, eBay leaves automated feedback, causing the feedback number to go up. If buyers later leave feedback, the buyer comment replaces the automated comment, but the number stays the same at that point.

Starting last fall, sellers started getting automated feedback when buyers don't leave it.

Automated Feedback

Currently, only about one in three buyers chooses to leave feedback, even on successful transactions.
Beginning in September, when a seller in the U.S. uses a tracked service, delivers on time, and no issues are reported, eBay will automatically leave positive feedback for the seller.

This feedback doesn't show the words, unless you check the box.
