Feedback score does not match received total
I have 100 Feedback received (all positive), but it only shows my score at 85 (blue star 50-99 level). Even in the past 12 months I've had 94 positive reviews. Why does the total not match the 100 positive reviews I've received and increase me to the next score level?

Mentor1 year agoThe feedback stars have some strange rules. Only one star can be earned for each transaction. Multiple purchases on the same day only count for one star. Also, if your buyer purchases more than one item within a week only one star can be shown. This prevents sellers from padding their feedback stars.

Mentor1 year agoNot strange rules, just ones you are aware of or don't know how they work. Feedback is a voluntary system and always has been. Buyers nor sellers are required to leave feedback and buyers are not required to fill out the DSRs [those star ratings] . They can fill out some or they can fill out none.
If you look at the feedback page closely, you will find the answers to most of your questions.
When you see the "i" inside a circle, that is a place to click on and get more information. This is true anywhere you may run across this on an Ebay page.
The spot that is not in the pic above on your feedback page where you see your percentage of positive feedback is followed my one of these icons. If you click on it, it says something like this:

-The Feedback percentage is based on the last 12 calendar months.
-If you sell multiple items to one customer on one transaction they can leave FB on each item but you only get ONE additional FB for your displayed count and total towards the next score level.
