feedback scams
is there any way to have bad feedback scores from 2 unhappy scammers from a year ago removed? eBay even agreed to remove their bad feedback, but their score stayed and counted toward my overall %. i know eBay prefers to side with buyers in most cases but in mine eBay saw i was scammed, took down the actual words in the feedback but allowed % to stay, screwing my score. i'm not a big shop/operation/store or whatever, so i can't re-built a perfect score super fast. this happened about a year ago and i've had a perfect run of sales and buys since then. i love selling and buying here, outside of the "the buyer is always right" mentality. i welcome real negative feedback as it's how i improve but being hamstrung by **bleep** off scammers in the past is difficult.

Mentor11 months agoEbay will not remove the feedback.
The feedbacks will not longer be factored in to your feedback percentage after 12 months, which sounds close according to your post. Then you will be back to a 100% positive rating.
