Feedback saying I did not put a damage in description when I did
I am a seller at 100% feedback for 23 years. I wrote in the description of the damage on the card of an item and he gave me a negative feedback after I even put pictures of the damage and stated -sold as is. He stated I did not describe the damage when I did. So why is Ebay siding with him and won't remove a negative feedback feedback? What can I do next?

In looking at this listing, it was listed as being in new condition. The Buyer may have felt that saying it was new and then saying it was sold "as is", is a contradiction. The photos in the listing don't highlight the damage, so that is hard to see. The AI description is very long, so putting "slight wrinkle" at the end of all that can get lost in the shuffle. Plus the Buyer seems unhappy with the cost of shipping, so he may have felt the damage was more than he was expecting. I don't think any of this qualifies for removal, but you can go on the eBay site and use their Feedback Removal form to request that.
