I would like to request a buyer revise the FB they left on me. How do I start the process?

Mentor1 year agoFirst thing to do is to make sure the buyer will revise the feedback they left. You only receive a few "Feedback Revision Requests" each year and they can only be sent once. The buyer has 10 days to act on the request.
Unfortunately none of the feedback you have received is eligible for revision. Only negative or neutral feedback received in the last 30 days can be revised.
