Feedback revision request

My buyer, lovetostitchinpa, requested a feedback revision through eBay Messages. My Feedback page says I have 5 feedback revision requests available, but the ‘Request feedback revision’ option does not appear anywhere on the order or under More actions. Can you please send the revision request or restore the option on my account?
