Feedback revision after 30 days
I left negative feedback for a seller and the seller has more than made up for it and I'd like to change my feedback. Unfortunately it took longer than 30 days to resolve-not their fault. But it's been resolved and they went above and beyond to make things right. How to I get my feedback changed at this point

The most recent negative feedback I see that you've left on this account was more than a year ago. Not only are you not able to revise that feedback, you're not even able to revise that feedback. And, I doubt that a customer service rep could be convinced that it violates policy and qualifies for removal. The only remaining option is to leave a Follow Up beneath it. Next time, don't be so quick to pull the trigger on the negative feedback; give the seller a chance to make up for it first.
