feedback revision
I recieved a negative feedback which I appealed and lost. I reached out to the buyer and offered a full refund and she said she would change the feedback. I have gone through the you tube on how to send a request for revision but there is nothing to click on under feedback like there is in the video . how do I get to that box. In the demonstration he has a revision request spot to click on I don't on my seller hub for this transaction.

You can only request a revision for feedback that is less than 30 days old. You can make 5 feedback revision requests per calendar year.
