feedback revision
I have a customer that wants to revise his feedback experience and says that I as the buyer have to send him a revision request first before he can change it ? help ?

You're the seller, not the buyer, correct? If so, to the right of the feedback the buyer left, you would find a link to a feedback revision request IF you were within the time limit to do so. It looks like the negative you received is over 6 months old, so unfortunately, it cannot be revised.
