Feedback revision
Does anyone know how to revise negative feedback as a seller? eBay has no call back option anymore. 20yrs on eBay and buyers are just allowed to leave bogus negative feedback. Never had one btw. Reaching out to buyer is a waste of time. How can I fix this or get in touch with someone

Mentor5 months agoAll you can do is send the buyer a Feedback Revision Request.
Ebay will not remove it or revise it since it does not violate Ebay feedback policy.
