Feedback Revision
Hi everyone,
I ran into a weird situation and could use some guidance. A buyer left me negative feedback by accident. In the written comment they actually say everything was great and positive, but they clicked the negative button. I’ve already contacted the buyer and they confirmed it was not intentional.
I’ve never had to deal with a feedback revision request before, and I don’t really know how to properly walk the buyer through the process on their end. They also don’t seem to know how to revise it.
What’s the correct way to handle this?
Do I send the revision request first, or do they have to do something on their account? Any tips to make sure it actually goes through would be appreciated.
Thanks!
