Feedback revision
I have a customer who left negative feedback. He now wants to revise it or remove it. He doesn't know how. eBay doesn't have anyone who can talk on a phone. What now?

Seller are not allowed to leave negative comments in their feedback for buyers. Why would you call them amateur for your error?
Should they revise their feedback comments, your reply to them will still be there.
These comments reflect poorly on you as a seller.

You would need to send him a Feedback Revision form if you have any left. That's the only way a Buyer can revise their feedback. They cannot remove it.
Once you send the Revision form the Buyer will then have 10 days to change the feedback. EBay will send them a reminder.
