My buyer wants to revise their feedback. I sent a revision request. Does that cut off communication between us through eBay?

Not to my knowledge ... did you add them to your blocked list after seeing the negative FB they left for you?
Buyers have 10 days to complete the form.
I read their Feedback ... you offer 30 day Free returns on several items I checked ... I take it they did not bother messaging you and trying to work things out or return the item?!? If you have them return the item the Neg FB will be removed as part of your Seller protections: Seller protections | eBay
