Dear support!
I am requesting for the following feedback to be removed from my account as my transaction rate has gone high and it is affecting my account health.
The item was sold on Apr 17, and Delivered on Apr 19 on time . buyer started a return because item was broken. we accepted return because its our return policy. we did not receive return item. Buyer give us negative feedback.
You can check our all previous feedback. All previous customer is satisfied with us.
I hope you have understood the situation now .
So please help me to remove this defect so I can work for the even greater satisfaction for eBay

Mentor3 years agoeBay only removes feedback if it violates policy, which your negative does not.
If you had taken care of your customer, he may have been willing to agree to remove the feedback, but it's too late now. You need to do that within 30 days.
It doesn't matter if your other buyers are satisfied. This one was not.
