FEEDBACK REMOVAL SR1-478115504941
On May 8th we sold item # 326120352484 . The buyer paid for the item on May 8th. eBay stated that we had until May 14th the following Monday to ship. We shipped the item on Saturday morning May 11th ( 2 days before we were suppose to mail) and the item was received by the buyer on Monday May 14th (the day we were suppose to ship). We received negative feedback from the buyer mistakenly stating that we took "4 days to ship" which was a mistake on the buyers part. We asked (through seller help) to have the negative feedback removed. The request was denied. We appealed the denial SR1-478115504941 and again the request to remove negative feedback was denied. Our feedback is getting trashed. There is no one with authority to remove feedback anymore. When we speak with an eBay representative we are told that feedback removal is handled by a "back office" and line representatives do not have authority to remove feedback anymore. Are we suppose to allow our feedback to get trashed for no reason? Can someone please help?
