Feedback removal request has taken over 3 month
I had a buyer leave erroneous and belligerent feedback that I want to be removed. It has killed my feedback rating and critically slowed my sales. Also, in addition to my issues, the member has left virtually the same style of negative feedback for dozens or more sellers. I put in for a feedback review in January, and it says that it is still being processed. I don't know what my next step should be, but it has been long enough. Any help with how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.
