Feedback removal or revision help from buyer
I had a buyer who left me a bad feedback. The buyer is willing to remove the negative feedback. Neither I or the buyer are not sure where to go.
eBay Tells me I have to send him a feedback revision and I’m not sure where to get that at. Can anybody help me? Please

Mentor5 months agoGo to your feedback profile, scroll all the way down and click on Request Feedback Revision. When the buyer receive it, s/he has 10 days to act on it.
