feedback removal denied
Has anyone been successful in having denied feedback removal reversed? Buyer asked for partial refund 30 days after receiving item and left negative feedback about improper packaging. Ebay denied saying item wasnt as described.

Unfortunately, when a Seller does not offer returns, many Buyers feel their only option to express their disappointment it to leave unfavorable feedback.
We always strongly encourage Sellers to offer returns.
