Feedback removal
I shipped a vintage cup to a customer. In details it says its off white but a couple of photos (not all) look maybe light yellow just due to how the photo took. But as I said in details it clearly says off white. Customer got really angry and left nasty feedback calling me sneaky and a thief. I have free returns but they never said a single thing to me about a refund etc. just left the nasty feedback. I feel this is over the top with the language they used but ebay wont remove it. Any suggestions?

While you buyer was not very nice, there is nothing in her comments that will get the feedback removed.
Most of your photos do make it look yellow. I know that white is hard to photograph - maybe try to include color in the title when you feel your photo is not a good representation.
I would reach out to the buyer and apologize for the lack of clarity in your photos and ask if she would like to return it, or perhaps exchange it for a different mug.
