Feedback Removal
I sold a pair of shoes to a lady that I had listed the wrong size and questionable material. She left me negative feedback and never attempted to contact me so that I could make it right for her. She did not ask for a refund, but I gave her a refund because I felt it the right thing to do. Since that time I asked her if she would inclined to remove or amend her negative feedback? She said that she would be glad to do so and had sought out to do so on her own accord since the transaction.
I made a request to have it removed and was denied because it didn't meet policy. I understand. I was told to work it out with her and have her to make the request? She has attempted to have it removed but only gets the circular reference where she just goes round and round without finding the avenue to have it removed or changed? I told her that I would help her, so here we are? Where do we go from here?

Sellers are allowed to send 5 Feedback revision forms annually. There is a link on that Feedback to send the Buyer a Feedback revision form to complete (in 10 days) to change the Feedback to Positive. The Feedback will not be removed by eBay if it does not violate any of their Feedback policies so work the Revision form angle.
