Feedback ratings
On my for sale listing it says that I have 0% positive feedback with 19 ratings. I have not sold anything on ebay in years and when I did sell a few things the feedback was positive. Why does it show this way? Is there any way to change it to say I have no feedback ratings?

Your feedback percentage is based on feedback received in the past 12 months. Since you don't have any in that time your percentage is 0
