Feedback Rating
I've read and it was explained by ebay the mathematical formula used to equal your percentage,
It did not say the positive percentage is removed after 30 days or sooner, based on this formula a seller has to recieve positive feedback regularly apposed to negotiate feedback, that takes a year to be removed, I was told.
I'm down 10% from a items that was Cancelled. Its in my reviews. I definitely am not satisfied with this. Any thoughts on how else to retain 100% feedback

eBay only counts unique feedback ratings received in the last year when determining the feedback percentage. Ratings older than one year do not figure in the calculation.
That means your percentage can go up when you receive new positives or old negatives pass the one year mark.
It also means your percentage can go down when you receive new negatives or when old positives pass the one year mark.
