Feedback question
New to ebay. I made my first purchase on ebay and paid right away. After a week of not receiving any feedback from the seller, I sent him a message twice and finally after two weeks of no reply I received the following, "If I get positive feedback from you will give you feedback." He wants me to leave feedback first, then he will leave his feedback. I had some concerns, but about the whole purchase, but I wasn't going to leave bad feedback. This seller seems like a tyrant, and I will never do business with him again. His communications have been short and not too informative. A friend of mine asked this same seller a question about shipping and the seller blocked him from even bidding. My friend has over 527 100% positive ratings and no negative ratings, only 100% ratings. This whole experience has really turned me off ebay!

·3 years agoFeedback is optional and no one has to leave any.
Buyers can only have 100% positive, because they can't receive anything else.
If a seller thinks a buyer might be a problem, some would rather block them, then have to deal with them.
