Feedback Process Change Suggestion
Hey all,
It is surprisingly hard to find a suggestion box on eBay. Not sure why that is, but this forum seems to be the only way to suggest something.
I think it would great if you could find a way in the feedback section to give the same feedback, and perhaps the same picture, if you ordered a bunch of stuff from a seller and wanted to make sure they received feedback but not take an hour to do it like I just did for a seller I bought Lego Minifigures from.
I have thought this for a long time, since it takes forever to leave feedback if you are buying or selling, even if the feedback is good. Let's leave the responsibility of filtering good vs bad transactions to the buyers, since bad feedback is definitely someone will put effort into when there is a problem.
I would say that a checkbox that allows you to pick that checkbox to leave multiple feedbacks and select the transactions you want to use that same feedback for would be a simple solution, but I differ to the powers that be.

Mentor2 years agoAs a seller, I have 3 feedbacks that I can leave. There is an option to leave a customized feedback, or select from feedback that I have previously left. I select the last option to make it quick and easy.
However, that is not an option when leaving feedback as a buyer. I don't purchase many items using ebay, so I have to type out the feedback each time. To make it easier, you could copy/paste the same feedback for each seller. You do not have to upload a photo with your feedback. I think that is only for special cases to clarify the feedback you are leaving.
