Feedback option on purchase screen has been hidden...Grrrrr....
Just had confirmation after several very frustrating calls to Ebay regarding this asinine decision to hide the feedback box on the purchase screen. Whoever decided, without consultation with Users, to make this move is a moron. Furthermore, there is no mechanism to contact any technical information and all the menus are fixed leading to extremely frustrating time spent trying to make contact when your query is not listed. The tactics here are obvious. Make the system so arcane that we all give up trying to complain. That's fine. But when a company that thrives on Feedback to exist prevents any of its own feedback, then you are in trouble. And wow, how ironic. I had been using ebay consistently for buying all types of Music media. This will now cease. There are very good alternatives like Discogs. Simple message to the CEO, stop listening at your peril.

Mentor3 years agoThere are numerous links to leave feedback on different pages: Purchase History, Summary, on your own feedback page. If a link is missing for a particular transaction you may have already left feedback or you may have waited too long to leave feedback.
If you do not see those links on one page, try another page. Or try a different browser to rule out a browser issue.

Most My eBay pages have a "Tell us what you think" link in the upper right or a "Feedback" link in the lower right to let eBay know if you have comments or problems with a particular page.
