Feedback on Guest Purchase
I couldn’t get into my eBay account because I never use it. So I purchased a poster as a guest. The seller knew I couldn’t leave feedback so he sent me a poster with a manufactured wrinkle. All I want to do is get this guy to admit what he did. It’s not worth trying to send it back, I’d rather trash it. Thanks for reminding me why I don’t use ebay!

Mentor3 years agoMost sellers do not know if a purchase is a guest purchase or not until they attempt to leave feedback and find they cannot.
If an item is not as described, it can be returned at the seller's expense for a full refund, even if it was a guest purchase.
