Feedback not working
What’s with this AI junk my store feedback doesn’t work anymore. And when responding to a buyer’s question the AI changes the words so my answer doesn’t make any sense. eBay needs to fix this or get rid of it.

You can turn off the AI in your messages. Go to your messages page and in the left hand column below your folders is a toggle for the AI option, make sure it is off.
