Feedback Modification
Hello,
Is it possible to delete feedback that I sent on a buyer? Or is there a method of adding new feedback for a buyer long after a transaction was completed?

Sellers cannot leave negative feedback for buyers and are not allowed to leave negative comments. That's a policy violation.
You'll need to contact eBay and ask them to remove it.
