Feedback issue!!!
Help me please!!! I just left negative feedback on the wrong seller. I didn't receive and item from one seller and bought same from another seller. I went to leave feedback about the item not received and left it on wrong seller. Please help me remove it!!!

Okay, here's what you do. Message the Seller that you left the Neg FB for and ask them to send you a Feedback Revision form. Hopefully they have not added you to their Blocked list yet and your message will get through so do it quickly if you can.
Each Seller can send 5 Feedback revision forms annually. You will have 10 days to complete it.
Just explain you left the FB for the wrong Seller.
That's the Feedback issue, now on to the Seller who you did not receive the item from. eBay has a solution for that too. Go to your Purchase history and file a claim one day after but not later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. The Seller will have 3 days to upload tracking to that claim, failing to do that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in.
Now, please note that shipping from some areas is slow and some of that is weather related and eBay protects Sellers for that in certain situations. This time of year delays are common from some hard hit areas.
Lastly, be careful how you leave Neutral or Neg FB for Sellers, everybody can see it and Sellers may not want to work with you if they see you leave less than Positive FB for others. eBay encourages members to try and work things out before taking action.
