Feedback how to remove this one
My question is I sold an item went to ship it Fed ex told me that the buyer address was Not valid, so I canceled the order I gave a full refund to the buyer.
The buyer left me a Positive feedback but called my a liar said that they never got a refund from me.
If that was true why didn't the buyer leave Negative feedback
Is there a way that I can get this type of feedback removed?
