Feedback Frustration
I want to leave feedback for an item the seller cancelled. He messaged me and said there was a problem with my address and he couldn’t replace the item for 30-45 days because he no longer had any of the items left and eBay policy wouldn’t allow him to keep me waiting that long. His site states there is STILL one available. After reading some of his reviews I noticed this issue has come up several times. Plus I contacted him on the last day it was due and informed him the tracking number kept coming back as invalid. I really want to leave a review but I’m unable to. Do you have any guidance?

OP5 months agoThe feedback link said, “Looks like you’re all caught up” and the rest of the page was blank.
