Feedback, from Buyer's
Hello,
"Give Feedback" was noted in deliver email, none provided, and when I selected "Give Feedback" again, it shares "Looks like you're all caught up!", but no "Give Feedback" was provided.
Transaction disputed, with no correction from Seller, then disputed purchase with credit card company which found in my favor and credited.
Now I'd like to leave my final Buyer's "Give Feedback" and cannot identify how.
Transactions was early July 2025.
Thanks for your review, any assistance appreciated.

OP10 months agoThanks for sharing, is the 60 days applicable even if there's a Buyer's dispute with Seller, since credit card company's take time to investigate and make their decision?
Are there any "other" way to "Give Feedback", understanding, future Buyer's need to know to beware of this Seller?
Thanks!

Mentor10 months agoAs far as I know the sixty day limit is absolute. The only exception is if there is no expected delivery date -- in that specific situation and that situation only, the buyer has ninety days from the date of purchase to leave feedback.

Mentor10 months agoAs a buyer you should be able to leave feedback for your purchases for up to sixty days from receiving the item or from the last estimated delivery date shown at the time of your purchase.
After that, feedback cannot be left.
