OP10 months agoThere is no such thing as "help" on ebay. There does not appear to be any way to contact "community" anymore.

OP10 months agoI have done fairly well by and for ebay. Recent sales have taken back seat to heavy-duty health issues at home. (no sypathy, please) ebay has given me crap about quantity of listings and sales volume. Feedback has always been important to me. Suddenly, all the feedback received is rote, auto feedback for ebay NOT from buyer. Why is that?

[I don’t understand what you want to be ‘proven wrong’ about.]
eBay recently started leaving sellers automated positive feedback one week after an item has been delivered successfully to the buyer who purchased it.
Buyers still are able to leave their own feedback for the usual 60 days … which will simply override the automated positive that eBay left. From what I’ve read … sellers are delighted by this new change.
