Feedback for a returned item that was incorrect
Hello All,
I purchased an item that was incorrect. Wrong item in the box. The seller to ok the item back and gave a full refund. I keep getting asked to submit feedback. This was a positive outcome. Do I leave any or no?
thanks,
Marle

Great question, in my view mistakes happen, I've made a few as a Seller over the years, BUT if a Seller resolves an issue for you then THAT is a Positive experience as eBay intends.
Leaving Feedback is optional although eBay now uses Auto-Feedback for Sellers if none is left by a customer after about 7-10 days from delivery AND providing there are no issues. Buyers can overwrite that Feedback if they want to. It sounds like your transaction had some issues so it is doubtful that the Seller received or will receive Auto-Feedback.
