Mentor1 year agoWhat does the tracking say? If the item was refused the tracking will show this and the buyer loses their Money Back Guaranty protection. If the item shows as delivered then you enter the number into the Item not received case notes and contact eBay to have them manually check the tracking number. If you prove delivery have eBay close the case in your favor.
