Feedback fix
so I’ve had a really horrible time with this particular seller. I bought a sewing machine from her and it was supposed to be perfect working order and it had been inspected in all that when it showed up the screen was not working at all which basically rendered the sewing machine useless. I tried to communicate with them and ask if maybe she could just fix it and let me keep it because I really wanted that particular sewing machine and I have been trying to get one for months couldn’t get her to respond whatsoever to anything so I finally was forced to just return it and then three days later. She posted it right back up there for sale either reselling it with the screen still broken and not caring. Just trying to find somebody who won’t make a fuss about it I guess or they fix the screen and are reselling it in which case why could she not just fix it for me and let me keep it instead of just selling it to someone else it’s the same difference except it would’ve been far more fair to let me keep it since I had it first, but since I can’t discuss any of this with the seller because they won’t respond, I left negative feedback. Well I was reading my negative feedback and it still says positive feedback. I am confused so I would like to go and fix my feedback because I don’t want it to be positive. It wasn’t a positive experience whatsoever and I’m surprised that it says that it’s positive when I said negative feedback when I wrote it so I’m super confused. Does anybody know how to go in and edit their feedback if you can.

Mentor1 year agoYou can not edit feedback, you must have accidentally selected positive. However, you can go back and leave some followup comments if you want.
