feedback dispute
Buyer was wrong about what a kit included, tanked my 100% positive rating with negative feedback containing false information, and won't respond to the request to change the feednback after furnishing proof she was wrong. How do I furnish eBay with email documentation from the manufacturer?

Mentor1 year agoI'm sorry this happened to you, but it isn't removeable unless your buyer agrees to do it. I really know that is frustrating. You will be fine.
If you feel the need, leave a comment to the feedback, but I urge you to the completely professional and polite. Often times what the seller says has more weight that what the buyer said in the feedback. Don't hurt yourself by name calling or the such. Just be professional.
The feedback, just the way it stands is not going to hurt you. The vast majority of buyers would not give it a second thought. But I know for the next 12 months it will sting every time you see it. Been there. I completely understand.

OP1 year agoThank you for taking the time to write that. It's tough when years and years of doing things correctly gets trashed in a second for no good reason.

Mentor1 year agoWhile I completely respect and understand how insulting it is to get a negative feedback, the one you got did NOT ruined or anything even close to that. Most buyers, even if they review your feedback will likely not even consider what the buyer said. I know that can be hard to accept, but please trust me, you and your account are going to be just fine.
