Feedback Didn't Show Up
Hello,
As a buyer, I almost always have good purchasing experiences and leave positive feedback for the seller. However, I recently had an experience that wasn't great, so I left neutral (not negative) feedback with a description of the issue. It never showed up on their feedback list, it doesn't show up as feedback I left for others, and I cannot leave feedback again. It seems almost like it was just ignored/deleted/rejected. Does anyone know why this may have happened or had a similar experience?

Did you file a dispute over the transaction and the seller handled it according to ebay's return/refund Money Back Guarantee policy? If they did that would cause your feedback to be removed. If you mentioned asking ebay to intercede an any way, that too qualifies for feedback removal.
I do not agree that receiving a refund is reason enough for feedback removal, but ebay thinks it is OK..

OP8 months agoNo, I didn't file a dispute or ask eBay to intercede. The situation was that I didn't receive the item for a couple weeks, so I sent a message asking the seller if they knew where the item was. The seller never responded, and the item eventually arrived 3 weeks after I ordered it. My feedback basically said the item arrived in good condition, but the seller never responded to my question, so the communication was poor.
