Feedback Buyer Reporting
I had two buyers that did not send payment after the require time limit and I even let a few more days go by. I canceled the orders and report it as non-payment and the orders were canceled properly. Yet, I still see the two buyers in the feedback area to either go as positive or report buyers. Since I already canceled the orders, my understanding is that alone reports to eBay the issue. Why are those two buyers still showing for me to send a feedback as either positive or to report. I rather not do either since it was already reported as a non payment. I sold those two orders to new buyers and it was a bit confusing to see double customers for the same item in the feedback area. I gave a positive feedback to the new buyers and they disappeared from that window. The other older buyers are still showing. Yet per the instructions per reporting I can't use the "Report Buyer" button for non-payment. How can I get rid of seeing these two buyers in the Feedback response area. Fairly new to eBay.

Mentor3 years agoYou can only leave positive feedback for buyers, so you should not leave any at all. There is no need to report the buyer as you already have via the cancellation for non-payment.
As for hiding those orders, you can try this...
Select View order details from the dropdown next to the order. From the dropdown on the next page, select Archive order.
