Feedback button missing?

Question

I bought an item last month that was misrepresented and unusable and had to ask Ebay to help with the return since the seller didn't want to take it back. Today I went to leave the feedback but the feedback button is missing??? I looked for info on eBay, but didn't find anything relevant. Tried looking for a contact number for ebay, but couldn't find one???

Does anyone know why the feedback button would be missing? And/or have a contact number or way to reach eBay?

Can you see that item in your account's Purchase history? If not then you may have inadvertently purchased as a Guest and cannot leave FB on Guest purchases nor can they be merged with your account.

As to an item that Does not match pictures or description in the future you do not need to involve eBay:

You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a RETURN using the reason "Does not match pictures or description". eBay will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label regardless of the Seller's return policy. You return the item and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
