Feedback as a Seller that I received from Buyers from over 10 years ago for 200+ items won't show up

Question

I sold over 277 items on Ebay over the past years, but have not been selling in a while. I see my 100% positive feedback remarks from Buyers from those past years, but Ebay will not make them visible now. I recently posted two items for sale, but is says I have 0% positive feedback. What!!? happened? AI Assistant could not help and no live person available. Please respond if you can help me understand what the problem is retrieving my past feedback. Thanks.

You have not received any feedback in over a year. When you receive some new positive feedback, your percentage will be displayed once more.

Then, to see your most recent feedback it is necessary to do two things on your feedback page: first, check the box to see automated feedback; and second, sort your feedback by "most recent" rather than "most relevant".
