Feedback and claim
Hi all, I can't find the exact answer when I search help, but could someone please tell me how long a buyer has to leave feedback from sale date and how long they have to file a claim from date of same sale? Thanks in advance.

Mentor4 months agoBuyers have 60 days from the purchase to leave feedback for the item. They have 30 days from receipt to open a case on eBay and most payment sources will allow charge backs for up to 180 days from payment.
