Why is it impossible to remove questionable negative feedback from over 1 yr ago
Looks very bad sitting there with a 100% feedback rating ..
someone please help , I was told it would go away over a 12 month span by ebay representative but It never went away..
Any help is greatly appreciated

Mentor2 years agoFirst off you have waited way too long to do this. Best to address a feedback issue immediately. At least at over 12 month it drops out of view and is no longer part of your feedback calculations.
