Mentor3 years agoFeedback reminders are generated automatically if you have that option set on your Communication Preferences page under General Preferences.

Buyers can not be given negative feedback because the feedback system was judged to be less effective overall when some sellers could use the threat of retaliatory negatives and mutual withdrawal to avoid getting well-deserved negatives from buyers. This made it harder for buyers to distinguish good and bad sellers, which is the main purpose of feedback.
