Seller cannot leave a negative or neutral rating in feedback for a buyer, and it is against eBay rules to leave a positive with a less-than-positive comment. Customer Service will remove the comment (but leave the positive rating) upon your bringing it to their attention. I'm not sure whether they will also remove your reply to the comment which would be a smoke signal (i.e. where there's smoke and the source of the smoke is blocked from vision there was likely fire) to future sellers.
I'm not seeing any negative feedback (or any at all) left by you in the past 6 months. Nor any received by that seller. Was it removed (e.g. because you lost a Not As Described case) or was the seller lying about you having done so?

You can ask eBay to remove the long comment from the seller. I guess you meant that comment. The seller is not allowed to write such comment.
