Can't leave feedback, being hounded via email by Ebay to leave feedback and herein lies the problem. Pretty stupid for something they deem important.

We have no access to your account to know when you purchased the items and whether they still are in your Purchase History.
Assuming the error message you received might be a temporary glitch ... you can try leaving the feedback with a different browser and/or leaving it from the eBay Canada site: www.ebay.ca/
BTW, if you feel you are being 'hounded' to leave feedback ... you can edit your 'Communication Preferences' so that you do not receive any feedback reminders in the future.
