Feedback
FEEDBACK this is probably a common question. Why do so few people leave feedback for sellers ? Especially if there has been very positive communication? It used to be for every 10 sale maybe 1 or 2 didn't leave feedback NOW maybe 2 in 10 leave feedback ... is this due to people using their phones for bidding and ect. ?
I'm 70 no smart phone (& have no use for one) This account was originally started by my daughter, but I retired (5 yrs ago) and slowly took over for her. I'm also Tonehound (1998 ~~) on eBay but stopped selling several yrs ago.
Thank you,

Mentor4 years ago@nysha97 We have all noticed less feedback being left. I just leave feedback as soon as the buyer pays and then about half the time they leave feedback.
I am not worried about feedback received from buyers at this point and you shouldn't be either since your feedback score is already good number. A higher feedback score won't help your sales.

OP2 years agoYes but as a retired person and only selling few things a month ALL feedback is good to get. AND now eBay changed feedback so it promotes the item not the seller ??

Mentor2 years agoI agree that the new review the item before leaving feedback for the seller is a HORRIBLE idea. Myself and other Mentors have been pointing this out to eBay staff.
I am retired too and don't sell many items. I doubt my score will go up much since most buyers don't leave it already. I'm not worried though since I have a 100% rating.
